- Travel Insurance: Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and other unforeseen events is not included. Travelers are encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance independently.

If you’re booking your own flights, please take note of the following:
Arrival
Please ensure your arrival in Tashkent is no later than 12:00 PM on Thursday, October 9, 2025. This allows ample time for airport procedures, your transfer to the hotel, and a relaxed start before the journey begins.
Departure
The program ends in Tashkent on the morning of Thursday, October 16, 2025. We recommend booking your departure any time after 10:00 AM, to allow for breakfast and a smooth transfer to the airport.
