2- If the cancellation is made post Second payment date August 14, 2025 a cancellation fee of 30% of the total package cost will be charged.

Failure to meet this deadline may result in the loss of your reserved spot, which will be allocated to another individual on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’re booking your own flights, please ensure your arrival in Delhi is no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 27, 2025, to allow time for airport transfer and for the itinerary to begin as planned.
For your return, please note that the earliest internal flight from Udaipur to Delhi on December 6th is at 9:00 AM. If you’re taking a direct international flight—such as to Cairo—you’ll need to stay an additional night in Delhi and depart on December 7th. This extra night, along with any separate airport transfers, will be subject to additional cost.
It's important to note that joining the suggested flight is not mandatory, but we highly recommend considering this option for optimal coordination.
This direct flight offers a smooth connection with the itinerary and internal travel plans. Just note that it will require an extra night in New Delhi, as well as possible extra airport transfers both at an additional costs depending on your flight logistics.
