WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SCHEDULED GROUP, PRIVATE GROUP AND SOLO EXPERIENCES?

Scheduled Group experiences follow a fixed itinerary on announced dates. Citizens can register individually, and selected departures may include a specialist host alongside a Noland Citizen leader.

Private Group experiences allow friends, family or a community to choose a selected Noland Citizen experience and travel together. Dates and arrangements are confirmed privately around the group.

Solo experiences are complete Noland Citizen itineraries designed for one, with the planning, arrangements and support handled throughout.

CAN I JOIN A SCHEDULED GROUP ON MY OWN?

Yes. Many Citizens join without already knowing anyone else in the group. Scheduled Group experiences are designed to make joining independently feel natural while still giving everyone personal space.

ARE THE TRAVEL DATES FIXED?

Scheduled Group experiences run on announced dates.

Private Group and Solo dates are usually flexible and confirmed according to availability.

Signature Collection departures are arranged privately around the suitable season, access required and current availability.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR AN EXPERIENCE?

For a Scheduled Group or Solo experience, open the relevant experience page and complete the registration form.

For a Private Group or an experience from The Signature Collection, contact us with the experience or destination, preferred travel period and expected group size. We will confirm what can be arranged and share the next steps.

WHEN IS MY BOOKING CONFIRMED?

A Scheduled Group or Solo booking is confirmed after availability has been checked and the required deposit has been received.

A Private Group or Signature Collection departure is confirmed after the dates, itinerary, arrangements and price have been agreed and the required deposit has been received.

Submitting a registration or inquiry form alone does not confirm a booking.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE EXPERIENCE PRICE?

Inclusions vary by experience. The experience page and booking guide state exactly what is included, what is not included and any arrangements you need to make separately.

HOW DO PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS WORK?

Each experience has its own payment schedule and cancellation terms. The deposit, payment dates, accepted payment methods and applicable cancellation conditions are provided before you confirm your booking.

WHAT IS THE SIGNATURE COLLECTION?

The Signature Collection brings together a selective group of Noland Citizen experiences shaped around uncommon access, a distinct pursuit or a cultural focus that calls for a particular kind of group.

The experience itself is already defined. Departures are arranged privately around the suitable season, availability and the group wishing to follow it.
