Does registering reserve my place?

No. Registration gives you access to the complete itinerary, booking conditions and payment instructions. Your place is confirmed only after the 10% non-refundable deposit is received.

When will the departure be confirmed?

The experience proceeds once a minimum of eight guests have confirmed their places. Registered guests will be notified as soon as the departure is confirmed.

Are international flights included?

No. International flights to and from Nepal are not included. Noland Citizen may connect guests with Zaan Travel for flight support, but all quotations, reservations, payments, ticket issuance, changes and cancellations remain directly between the guest and Zaan Travel.

Are domestic flights included?

Yes. Return flights between Kathmandu and Pokhara are included at the current quoted fare and remain subject to change until ticket issuance.

Can I book a single room?

Yes. Twin sharing is USD 1,750 per guest, while single occupancy is USD 2,100 per guest. Register to receive the complete itinerary, booking conditions and next steps.

How physically demanding is the experience?

The experience includes walking, steps, uneven historic streets and an early sunrise start. Reaching the World Peace Stupa involves approximately 1½–2 hours of uphill walking, so guests should be comfortable with moderate physical activity. Advanced fitness is not required.

Can the itinerary change?

Festival experiences follow local customs and timing. Minor adjustments may be necessary while preserving the core experience.

What happens if I cancel?

The 10% booking deposit is non-refundable. The complete cancellation conditions are shared for review before you confirm your booking.
